We'll start with a thorough assessment of your need, wants, and your budget. You will be updated daily with any new homes that may work for you. When we find "the right one", we'll write an offer based on comparable sales and current market conditions. After an accepted offer, I will be there through the inspection, appraisal, pre-closing walk through, and the closing, to help you through any complications that may arise.
Building?
